Unwind and fully sink into your body as Tanya guides you through this primarily silent practice, allowing time to pause and quieten the mind.
Tanya is passionate about teaching gentle, mindfulness-based yoga. She encourages the use of props and modifications so that each individual can practise in a way that works for them. She aims to give people the space to explore their own relationship with their body and lived experience of the present moment to explore their relationship with our three ever-present friends, the ground beneath us, the space around us and the breath.
