This Beginners Class is designed to help you get out of your head and into your body. We do this by focusing on the senses and your breath whilst also building your confidence with Sun Salutations and other poses.
Shaun has been teaching for five years all across London. On a weekly basis he teaches Upbeat, fast’n’fun Rocket, Vinyasa and Power. But then he strives for balance and loves teaching Gentle Hatha, Yin and Beginners. He’s also taught Yoga at East15 Acting School (voted No.1 By The Guardian 2020) and charities such as Samaritans. Offering a safe space where people can get out of their heads through breath, senses and movement is Shaun’s main focus. If you’re upside down or in a restorative pose, his classes will help guide you to a place, feeling a little lighter and more grounded.
