In this class you will explore all the foundational poses that make a Vinyasa class. Suitable for beginners or more advanced practitioners who would like to return to the basics of alignment.
Shannon is a Vinyasa yoga instructor and classical musician based in London, England with a love for mindfulness and an unmatched passion for teaching yoga. Originally from Los Angeles, Shannon began her yoga journey at age 13 and received her Yoga Alliance teacher certification after completing her 200-hour training. She is currently the yoga instructor for students at the Royal Academy of Music, teaching classes biweekly and focusing on strengthening the body to protect from practice-related injuries. She teaches primarily Vinyasa or Power Vinyasa type classes, but also loves to include pranayama and guided meditation in her flows.
