Sarah Moosavi

Sarah found yoga a few years ago just by dropping in to classes while working in finance. It wasn’t until she left her job in finance that she developed a more consistent yoga practice. Now it’s really just a part of her life. She completed her first teacher training with Patrick Beach & Carling Harps and regularly practices and teaches their “Awakening Yoga” system – a practice designed for modern bodies but yet still holds the ritualistic aspects of a traditional yoga practice. Sarah primarily teaches Vinyasa and Hatha but is also trained in Restorative yoga. Sarah’s teaching brings a balanced practice that embraces both effort and ease. And of course plenty of playtime with handstands and arm balances!
