In this class, Sabrina takes us through the elements water and air in floor postures, opening the hips and upper back, culminating in gentle backbends.
Sabrina’s movement roots trace back to her first ballet class when she was three years old. After performing for 10 years and teaching ballet, she gained many injuries which led her to train as a Classical Pilates Instructor. She began practising yoga at the age of sixteen with her Grandmother. As an adult yoga helped her to manage anxiety and help her find calm in her busy life as an actor and movement teacher. Sabrina completed a 200 hr YTT in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket, and later 100hrs Mandala Vinyasa, 30hrs Rocket and 50hrs Rocket.
She has dedicated most of her life to the movement, her classes are for everyone. Expect to connect to something a little deeper than just movement and explore your potential on the mat, with a sprinkle of laughter.
