Pamela initially came to yoga as a way of healing and soon started to feel its incredible powers and wisdom. Since then, she experienced and studied a number of different yoga practices including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Yogasana before completing her teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist in London. Pamela teaches beginners to advanced students with a strong emphasis on breath, alignment and finding stillness in moving meditation. Originally from Berlin, electronic music has a special place in her heart and her classes. Always looking to expand her yogic knowledge, she intends to teach and live yoga on and off the mat.
