Coming from a background in dance, Ochre loved the freedom that yoga gave her to move and connect with her body, without being defined by what it could and couldn’t do. She first trainined with the East+West Institute in Bali, under Deep Kumar and Gurumukh Singh in 2018. Since then Ochre has competed trainings in Yoga for Emotional Trauma and Eating Disorders, Yin Yoga and Kids Yoga. Ochre now enjoys teaching one-to-ones and group classes of all levels, implementing what she has learnt through her own journey into a unique teaching style of her own.
