Mirthe started her yoga journey as a child, with both parents teaching and living the yoga lifestyle taught by Yesudian and Haich in the 80ies. Suffering from the debilitating auto-immune disease Crohn’s from an early age, she experimented with asanas, pranayama, meditation but also dietary and ayurvedic interventions from an early age, which eventually lead her down the path of becoming a yoga and pilates teacher (since 2008), a Bachelors degree in Health (Major Sports Physiotherapy) and a post-graduate certification in Functional Medicine.
The ultimate goal of her yoga classes are for you to become the CEO of your health and wellbeing, by fusing the different aspects of Eastern and Western medicine.
