A dynamic vinyasa flow with an emphasis on the mind, body & breath. This class is a good start if you would like to explore Yogasana sequences and get familiar with it.
Mike first discovered yoga after moving to Hong Kong in 2012, practicing with teachers from a number of different traditions. He came to the practice as a way to heal physical injuries picked up through running. He then discovered and built strength, flexibility & balance not just in my body, but also in the mind & spirit which took him to begin a journey in meditation, getting inspired by teachers who would bring philosophy & history into the classes.
Mike teaches fun and challenging Yogasana classes led by breath count, pranayama and yoga philosophy & history as well as sense of humour.
