Marina found in yoga a way to reconnect to her body and became passionate to share the gift of yoga. Marina teaches Vinyasa and Hatha yoga as well as meditation. Her intention is to inspire students on their yoga journey, to help ground themselves through meditations and give useful tools to support their overall well-being. Marina believes yoga can benefit everyone and will help students to embrace their uniqueness.
