Madeleine is a professional actor and movement junkie, with a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training qualification. Taking all the juiciest bits from her background in contemporary dance, physical theatre and fusing them with 10+ years of personal vinyasa and Hatha practice, she leads mindful, smooth flows that work through the physical body to the more subtle energetic layers underneath. Her classes focus on looking inwards rather than at the person next to you, and she takes her work incredibly seriously but not herself. Expect a loving squeeze and a giggle.
