Lisa has been studying and practising yoga for over 10 years. Her classes are inspiring and she teaches strong, energetic, playful sequences with alignment-based flow created to make you feel good. She believes that yoga is a way of life and that the development of strength and flexibility of the body can create that well-loved yogic strength and flexibility of the mind.
When Lisa first became pregnant and her practice slowed down, she completed her Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher training, followed by Children’s Yoga, Developmental Baby Massage and Doula qualifications. She is very passionate about pregnancy and birth, she loves to make women feel confident about their body and their baby, helping make women feel in control and powerful.
