Training professionally as a ballet dancer at Central School of Ballet, Jenny originally took up yoga alongside her training in 2009. Whilst teaching barre in London for the past six years, she now has 350 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt and teaches group, corporate and self-run classes across the city. Specialising in Vinyasa, Jenny also teaches Yin, Restorative and Pre/Post Natal classes. Her style of teaching brings a calm and focused energy,, encouraging breath and visualisation to strive for a state of physical and mental harmony.
