Jeff’s classes warm up with a mindful and meditative internal exploration before moving into slow, flowing stretches and building into stronger flows with core work and opportunities for arm balances.
Jeff has been practising yoga and meditation for almost 25 years now, been teaching since 2002 and has been training yoga teachers for over 10 years now. He has a seriously playful and mindful unique teaching style which is varied, creative and influenced by his own consistent asana, pranayama and meditation practice and many different schools and teachers – including the emphasis on breath and movement of vinyasa flow, the precision of Iyengar, the heart orientated grace of Anusara and the spirituality and traditional philosophy of Jivamukti and Satyananda schools.
