Issi Daniella is trained in Dharma (500hrs), Jivamukti (300hrs), Vinyasa (200hrs) and Yin (50hrs). Having trained in physical discipline throughout her life, including ballet and contemporary dance, Issi turned to yoga for recovery and health. Her dynamic classes combine the spiritual, mental and physical elements of yoga including chanting, pranayama and aligned movement. Issi’s hopes to lead her students to inner peace and compassion. She is very grateful to all teachers who have guided and inspired her.
