In this 60 minute Yin practice, Imogen will guide you through postures to open up the legs and hips with challenging and effective stretches.
Imogen begins her yoga journey with a Mindfulness practice, with a short moment in the Ashtanga Mysore Shala before finally landing (or flying!) and falling in love with Rocket. Prioritising a balanced lifestyle and practice, she also teaches Yin to work hand-in-hand with the Yang.
With a desire to assist others on their path to overall well being, her classes are welcoming and place emphasis on the breath as a way to encourage appreciation of the present moment and yoga as meditation. Her aim is to facilitate the development of the individual within the spirit of optimal living. Her classes build strength and mobility, while prioritising safe and functional movement.
