Originally from Kalimantan, Iir is a registered Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga teacher as well as a Yoga Bodyworker therapist. Iir used to like playful and challenging classes with arm balances and backbending involved, however, after her two pregnancies, she became more aware of her body and focused to deliver a mindful practice to each student, paying attention to postures and how they feel in everyone’s body.
