Giusy specialises in Vinyasa and breath-work and is passionate about supporting and motivating people to reach their own wellbeing goals through sustainable asana practice and mindful breathing.
Her purpose is to motivate people to go out of their own comfort zone and find strength, flexibility and balance, accepting where they are at and embracing change, through creative and transformative sequencing which are inspired by years of practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Dharma, Hatha and mostly Vinyasa yoga.
Her classes are open to everyone who wants to find connection to their own body, mind and an awareness of the breath, tapping into their inner strength and focus and finally feel whole.
