Starting at the root, we begin grounding with forward folds stimulating the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body and mind.
Coming from a career as a womenswear designer, Francesca developed her personal practice through the need to release the body and mind from the anxieties of a hectic ego driven lifestyle. Anatomy plays an important part in her teaching, meaning that adjustments are suited to the individual, assisting students to move deeper into poses whilst understanding that all bodies are different. Francesca encourages each practitioner to progress through dedication and practice and she believes that each class should be all-encompassing physically, emotionally and mentally. Each experience is a journey to be felt and feel safe to explore the highs and lows of what yoga can truly be.
