Caroline was first introduced to yoga many years ago whilst on her travels around India, and since then she has been practising and loving yoga. She completed her teacher training programme in 2011 and have been teaching ever since. Caroline’s classes are fun yet challenging, where you’ll explore pranayama, asana and relaxation. She feels very lucky to share, learn and grow with all the lovely students she has had the pleasure to work with.
