Carl has implemented resistance and strength training for over 25 years plus into his daily routine, which began for him with a 2 year sojourn in New York City. Slow deliberate movements are encouraged by Carl to correct the inefficiencies of the body. His classes are fun with a great soundtrack to inspire. According to Carl, “Most of us have a subconscious instinct to synchronise our movements and expressions to music. Good music from whatever genre, aids us through the difficult moments we may experience in life, and thereby in physical training, so it is a valuable aid.”
