Bianca has been practising yoga and incorporating its philosophy into her life for over a decade. After studying with some of the leading teachers between Europe, India and Australia, she embarked on her full time teaching career back in 2015. Bianca’s classes focus on breath and alignment; beginning with breath awareness and then, through specific alignment instruction, mindfully moving into different Asana; always allowing the student the time for self-enquiry and encouraging the use of props when needed.
