Arianna Santucci

Arianna’s yoga journey started when she walked into her very first yoga class following an operation that left her almost crippled and unable to walk straight for 3 months. Yoga has given her the right mindset to heal and become stronger both physically and mentally.
In order to understand better alignment and to progress in her own practice, she embarked on her first teacher training and so many training have followed it.

She teaches from the perspective that all poses are possible. Challenges are there to give you the possibility to overcome them and teach you so much about yourself.

This fun and playful class with Arianna includes arm balances such as crow, pincha and complete balances like skandasana, eagle, headstand and full moon pose. Culminate in a series of backbend variations to wind yourself down to final resting pose.
