Amandine first came to yoga in search of a physical practice which could offer relaxation and a good workout, finding instead a sacred place where she could accept her strengths and flaws. Amandine has trainings in Vinyasa, Yin and Rocket. She offers balanced and varied classes with a hint of philosophy, strong asanas, dynamism, playfulness and deep stretches. Teaching yoga is a real source of joy and self-learning. She is pleased to witness how yogis grow & get a better understanding of themselves.
