Amanda’s classes are a moving mediation, enriched by her compassion, kindness and wisdom. She worked as an independent artist, writing, performing and painting, before discovering yoga in the late 1990s. Having explored many styles including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini, she travelled to India where she trained as a Sivananda teacher with Yogi Siromani. Her popular and vigorous classes will challenge you but leave you feeling serene and fulfilled.
