Sindy has trained in a wide range of yoga styles including Bikram and with Stewart Gilchrist, and has been teaching for over 10 years. She incorporates her vast knowledge into each class and strives to make each practitioner feel safe and welcome, with variations given to suit all.
Miles is one of the newer Indaba teachers and he brings his trademark calm, grounding style to this Ashtanga class, one of the most dynamic and traditional yoga practices.
Whether you have been doing yoga for a short time, or it is your first time on the mat, you are very welcome in Giulia’s class. She begins the class with traditional pranayama techniques and draws on principles from Forrest Yoga for warm-up stretches and core exercises.
