This fun and playful class with Arianna includes arm balances such as crow, pincha and complete balances like skandasana, eagle, headstand and full moon pose. Culminate in a series of backbend variations to wind yourself down to final resting pose.

Amanda’s classes are a moving meditation, an opportunity to focus, control and regulate the breath and combine it with dynamic movement. Variations are offered to suit practitioners apart from absolute beginners.

In this class, Sabrina takes us through the elements water and air in floor postures, opening the hips and upper back, culminating in gentle backbends.
