Yoga Classes

Sindy has trained in a wide range of yoga styles including Bikram and with Stewart Gilchrist, and has been teaching for over 10 years. She incorporates her vast knowledge into each class and strives to make each practitioner feel safe and welcome, with variations given to suit all.
Pranayama, meditation and reflection upon current events and the state of the world are regular features in his classes. Expect to be asked to strictly adhere to traditional yogic breathing techniques and postures, and to be challenged beyond what you may have experienced in previous classes!
