Yoga Classes

Whether you have been doing yoga for a short time, or it is your first time on the mat, you are very welcome in Giulia’s class. She begins the class with traditional pranayama techniques and draws on principles from Forrest Yoga for warm-up stretches and core exercises.
Stewart’s Yogasana classes involve a fast-paced and energising flow, incorporating opportunities for arm balances and inversions. Stewart is an advanced teacher, having studied multiple lineages of yoga and his teaching methods reflect this.

Many people are intimidated by Dharma Yoga with it’s advanced and dynamic sequences, rife with arm balances, backbends and inversions. Alix, however, has a gentle approach to the practice and makes it accessible to all except complete beginners.
