Yogasana

Yogasana classes involve a fast-paced and energising flow, incorporating opportunities for arm balances and inversions. Pranayama, meditation and reflection upon current events and the state of the world are regular features in these classes. Expect to strictly adhere to traditional yogic breathing techniques and postures, and to be challenged beyond what you may have experienced in previous classes! After a class or two, you’ll soon see that this class ticks every box – opportunities for inversions, arm balances, backbends, twists and plentiful chaturangas! For such a dynamic flow, you will be surprised how quiet your mind can get when your body is linked to your breath.
