This class will be allowing you to get strong and consistent, whilst achieving the multiple benefits of using correct technique, being patient and achieving getable results. Either you are experienced or beginner, poses are instructed to work at the position they are at, within your bodies. It will bring fun and high-energy HIIT routines every week to your home; you can expect variations on planks, press-ups, burpees and other cardio work. Exercises are done in 2-minute rounds with a 60-second break between. You will finish this class invigorated and sweaty, but with a smile on your face!
