Explore playfulness and working on new variations with handstands and forearm balances. Start with sun salutations, followed by standing postures, inversions and towards the end forward folds and backbends.
Rocket classes involve a challenging but playful flow, with plenty of opportunities for inversions and arm balances, particularly pincha and handstand practice. You will practice a unique mix of traditional Rocket sequences with progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa, with strict emphasis on the breath, bandhas and graceful floating transitions. Expect to be challenged physically and mentally and to leave feeling grounded and focused.
