Power Hour


This dynamic vinyasa class will build heat in the body and develop strength through an ever-changing series of postures. Practice first thing in the morning to start your day with a blast of energy, or burn off some steam during your lunch break. You will leave physically content and mentally nourished. Designed to silence the mind and create a deeper sense of embodiment, the Power Hour is suitable for practitioners of all levels – especially those willing to sweat.

Sindy has trained in a wide range of yoga styles including Bikram and with Stewart Gilchrist, and has been teaching for over 10 years. She incorporates her vast knowledge into each class and strives to make each practitioner feel safe and welcome, with variations given to suit all.
Clare is an experienced teacher who has been working at Indaba longer than most staff members! A firm favourite of the Power Hour yogis, Clare is incredible at holding space for every practitioner and offering options and variations for whatever mood you find yourself today.
