Join Sebastian for a Hatha Raja Vinyasa style flow moving through a seated meditation and pranayama (breath work) to begin, a warm up and sun salutations leading into a strong flow.
Hatha-Raja yoga is a combination of two forms of yoga – firstly Hatha yoga, which focuses on wellbeing within the physical body and includes the full range of asanas, and Raja yoga which is done in pursuit of inner peace, meditation and relief from stress. Hatha-Raja yoga combines these into a practice that leads to greater strength, power and peace within the body. Classes of this sort are sequenced to leave you feeling balanced, content and connected, having worked the body and relaxed the mind.
