In this class you will learn the breath sequence for sun salutes. Correct form in warrior two, triangle pose, and how to sequence these postures into a flowing sequence.
Whether you have been doing yoga for a short time, or it is your first time on the mat, you are very welcome to this class. The class will start with traditional pranayama techniques and draws on principles from Forrest Yoga for warm-up stretches and core exercises. This class includes sun salutations, chest openers or backbends. Each pose will carefully be explained to you, providing support and alignment cues to make you feel safe and supported in each pose. A juicy sequence of twists and balances will help you cool down, before you get to relax in savasana.
